Refunds/ Exchanges/ Returns/ Cancellations:

We don't accept cancellations or exchanges on orders all sales are FINAL, we only accept refunds/returns if we have not described something correctly, we do take time to check all of our items before they are listed and before they are posted. Please read the description and study the photos carefully before purchasing.
We want our customers to be happy please check all the measurements to ensure the item will fit you, we do not accept returns if the item doesn't fit, if you require more measurements do not hesitate to contact us.
If you have a problem with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving you parcel, with a detailed description and photos of why you want to return. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days, they also must be unworn and in the exact same condition they left us in, please wrap in the same packaging we sent to you unless you are returning one item out of a few, please wrap well with bubble wrap and a box, we can't refund you if the item arrives damaged. If you are sent a label from us please read the label instructions and send back within the dedicated time slot the label sates, please also make sure your return is the correct size and weight to match the label before returning.

We can not accept returns on gift cards. Once we have received your return and have checked it over, we will refund you within 48 hours, you will be refunded via the original payment method and you should see it in your bank within 3 - 5 days.
If you are an international customer and are returning good you MUST mark the customs form as returned goods.
Anything sent in error will need to be received back before a replacement is sent out.
Any unclaimed goods that are sent back to us, you will not receive a refund you will need to repay the postage costs so we can resend the goods back to you.
 

Layaway and Split Payments:

Please email or message us to arrange layaway/split payments.
1) Layaway is available after 24 hours since the listing began on any items over £100
2) Deposits for layaway should be paid within 12 hours of our invoice being sent to you
3) We ask for a 25% deposit, deposits are non refundable if the balance is not paid in full on the given date
4) You have 2 weeks to pay the full amount, a date will be given, you can pay as much as you like whenever you like but everything must be paid by your given date
5) Please communicate with us, we are a small business and we are very flexible and understanding of the different time zones
6) Please message us on Instagram, Facebook or Email us to sort out layaway, the item or items will then be taken off the website once the deposit is paid.
 

Postage And Packaging:

We ALWAYS post with Royal Mail and are always happy to combine postage, please add everything to your basket, type your address in and it'll give you a quite for all items to be sent together. We aim to get your parcel out within 2 working days, please bear in mind weekends, bank holidays and shop holidays. All our parcels are wrapped super carefully to avoid breakages, they are also always fully insured and tracked so please don't ask us to send another way.
We post to most countries but if your country isn't on there please do not hesitate to message. All items are checked several times before being listed and before being posted. If you are international customer please note you may get charged VAT and/or customs, these are your responsibility. If you're parcel arrives damaged or it doesn't arrive please message us to we can get in touch with Royal Mail.
We try to keep the packaging and postage costs as low as possible but sometimes postage can be pricey especially international parcels, we have to think about the size, weight and value of the parcel. There is not much I can do about the postage costs however if you do think it hasn't calculated it correctly please contact us and we will try to sort it, if the postage does overcharge you we will refund any extra. Please keep your name and address to English alphabet only to avoid delays.
Please make sure your postal address is correct as once the order has been made we are unable to make any changes.
 

Pricing, Sizing, Listing:

We price items by size, rarity, colour, embellishment and condition. We always try and make our items in the best condition possible by repairing them if need be, that also affects the price. We do NOT accept offers or bulk discount as we are a small business but we are very flexible and understanding, we trying to make ends meet just like everyone else so please be kind.
Please also remember all our items are vintage, some are even 100 years old so don't expect them to be perfect, however I do try to add all the faults in the descriptions. 
Garments are laid flat then doubled, they are always measured in inches, I recommend you are 2 inches smaller than the measurements state to ensure it fits you, if you are unsure if the item will fit you please measure against something you currently own that fits you well.
